Excellent response time and customer service! Rang up at the end of the day to see if they could squeeze my car in for a small job (a part of the undercarriage had come loose). The Team quickly identified the problem and remedied the problem. I had my car fixed/ready-to-go within 20 mins of my initial phone call.
Really great place. I chose this business after I was quoted an insane price from a main dealer. Not only was the quoted price here more sensible they determined the work was not even required! I encourage everyone who uses main car dealers to give these guys a chance. Nice clean workshop and very friendly staff, highly recommend.

Jack and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Regularly used a franchised business previously. There is a world of difference between Frank Browns and other businesses in the area. Will be using them in the future. MOT and customer service from the lads is definitely the best in Derby!
